Iceburg Wedge with bacon and bleu cheese crumbles and dressing

*Both Salads will come with a small 4oz cup of Vegetarian White Bean Chili.

ENTRÉES

Big Boss Bad Penny Braised Pork Shank: Local pork shank braised in Raleigh’s own Big Boss Brewing Company’s “Bad Penny Ale” served over soft polenta with Brussels sprouts, pearl onions, bacon lardons and Gremolata.

Hatteras Stuffed Flounder: A duet of NC seafood that has flounder filled with jumbo lump crab meat and finished with a lemon butter sauce served with saffron rice and fresh seasonal vegetables.

Vegetarian: Black Bean & Tomato stuffed sweet potato served on a bed of Quinoa and garnished with grilled asparagus tips.

DESSERTS

House made Banana Pudding served in a Martini glass

Trio of Mini dessert tarts. one fruit, one chocolate and one custard and served with a scoop of vanilla Howling Cow Ice Cream

Dinner includes fresh-baked bread, and drink choice of coffee, iced tea, water, or sparkling cider (non-alcoholic). Includes beer and wine (limit 2).
