Gregg Museum of Art & Design: Free screening of To Be or Not To Be (1942), an American comedy film that follows a troupe of actors in Nazi-occupied Warsaw who use disguises and acting skills to fool the occupying troops. 6 p.m.
Monday, August 7
University Theatre: UT hosts Sips and Scripts. Playwright sign-up begins at 5 p.m., readings begin at 6 p.m. Kennedy-McIlwee Studio Theatre.

NC State LIVE: Subscriptions go on sale for the 2023-24 season. Subscriptions will be available with no ticketing fees through Sunday, August 27.
Thursday, August 17
Gregg Museum of Art & Design: Wolfpack Welcome Week tour of current exhibitions. Join education staff at the Gregg Museum for a tour of current exhibitions, including This is Not: Aldwyth in Retrospect and the museum’s recent installation of permanent collection objects. 3 p.m.
Friday, August 18
Gregg Museum of Art & Design: Annual back-to-school poster sale begins, open daily 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through August 25, outside the north side of Talley Student Union.
NC State LIVE: Tickets for the August 25 show by The Second City go on sale to NC State students.
Department of Performing Arts and Technology: Jazz ensembles audition clinic and jam session. An opportunity for any student interested in jazz to bring their instrument and gain a better understanding of what the audition process is like. Price Music Center, Room 101. 4:30 p.m.

University Theatre: Single tickets for the 2023-24 Producing Series go on sale beginning at 10 a.m.

University Theatre is hosting interest meetings for the scene shop (3 p.m., repeating at 5 p.m.), costume shop (3:30 p.m., repeating at 5:30 p.m.), lighting/sound shop (4 p.m., repeating at 6 p.m.), stage management (4:30 p.m.), plus a meeting for students interested in QuickSCRIPTS and playwriting for the Creative Artist Award (6:30 p.m.). All meetings are thirty minutes long and take place in Frank Thompson Hall.
