Arts NC State programs receive minimal state-appropriated support and rely heavily on ticket revenues and student fees to provide quality programming to the students, faculty and staff of NC State, as well as to the Triangle community.

A large corporate gift enables Arts NC State to bring in talent that we could not otherwise afford. Corporate sponsorships help us reach our mission of making the arts a significant part of every student’s educational experience by enabling us to stage performances from all over the world right here in Raleigh, NC.

Additionally, we rely on corporate gifts and sponsorships to establish artist residencies. With a residency, artists stay near campus for extended periods of time and interact with the entire NC State community, deepening and enriching the experience for all who participate, including the artist themselves, that would not be possible with just a performance.
